Kristin Kalley is a Financial Planner and a Tax Accountant with Nelson Financial Planning, Inc. (NFP) and a FINRA Registered Representative with Nelson Ivest Brokerage Services, Inc. (NIBS). Miss. Kalley joined NFP in February of 2019.

Miss. Kalley holds a Series 7 Securities License with FINRA as a General Securities Representative and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license with the Florida Board of Accountancy. Miss. Kalley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA).

Prior to joining NFP, Miss. Kalley worked as a public accountant at RSM US LLP. Miss. Kalley primarily prepared tax returns for pass-through entities and high net worth individuals, with a focus on the real estate industry.

Miss. Kalley earned her Master’s in Accounting, concentration in Taxation, from the University of Florida. Miss. Kalley graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Political Science. While attending the University of Central Florida, Miss. Kalley interned with NFP assisting with tax preparation and generating client investment reports.

Miss. Kalley has volunteered and raised money for several Central Florida organizations including Give Kids the World, Kids Beating Cancer, and the American Cancer Society.

Miss. Kalley was born and raised in Winter Park, Florida where she remains very close with her parents and three siblings. Miss. Kalley is currently engaged to Michael Castello, who is a subcontract manager at Lockheed Martin.
